Buy Solar Online is an online marketplace and technology platform that connects customers, buyers, businesses, vendors, and sellers. The platform allows customers and buyers to browse products, submit orders or purchase requests, and share relevant order details with vendors or sellers.
Buy Solar Online may support both B2B and B2C transactions. In both cases, vendors and sellers operate as independent businesses or sellers, and customers/buyers may communicate directly with them regarding product availability, pricing confirmation, payment method, delivery, installation, warranty, after sales service, and other order related matters.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buy Solar Online is not the direct seller, manufacturer, distributor, installer, delivery provider, warranty provider, payment processor, escrow provider, or financial intermediary for products listed by independent vendors. Our role is limited to providing the platform, listing, communication, order notification, vendor subscription, and related technology services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use our services.
By using our platform, you confirm that:
You provide accurate and complete information.
You will keep your account information updated.
You will not use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Customers may need to create an account to place orders, manage addresses, track purchases, receive notifications, or use certain features.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials confidential.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, or create security or fraud risks.
Vendors and sellers may register or be approved to list products and receive customer/buyer order details through Buy Solar Online. Approval is at our discretion and may depend on business information, product suitability, compliance requirements, and platform policies.
Vendors and sellers are independent parties and are responsible for their own products, pricing, stock, quotations, customer communications, payments, delivery arrangements, installation arrangements, warranties, returns, refunds, taxes, and legal compliance.
Vendors are responsible for:
Providing accurate business, shop, and contact information.
Listing only lawful, genuine, and permitted products.
Keeping product prices, stock, descriptions, images, and delivery information accurate.
Contacting customers/buyers directly where required to confirm product availability, pricing, payment, delivery, installation, warranty, or other order details.
Fulfilling orders and commitments agreed directly with customers/buyers.
Handling customer issues related to their products or services.
Complying with applicable tax, consumer protection, safety, warranty, and ecommerce laws.
Maintaining confidentiality of customer/order information.
Using customer data only for order fulfillment and platform related purposes.
We may remove products, suspend vendor access, withhold platform features, or terminate vendor accounts if a vendor violates these Terms, platform policies, customer trust, or applicable laws.
We try to ensure that product information, prices, images, availability, specifications, and descriptions are accurate. However, errors may occur.
Product images may vary slightly from actual products due to display settings, lighting, packaging changes, or supplier updates.
We reserve the right to:
Correct errors or omissions.
Update product information.
Cancel or refuse orders affected by incorrect pricing or information.
Remove products that violate policy or law.
Limit product availability by region, stock, or vendor status.
When a customer or buyer places an order or purchase request through Buy Solar Online, the relevant order details may be shared with the applicable vendor or seller so they can process the request, confirm availability, and contact the customer/buyer where needed.
An order or purchase request submitted through the platform does not mean that a final sale, payment, delivery, installation, or warranty arrangement has been completed. Vendors/sellers and customers/buyers communicate directly to confirm final product availability, final price, payment method, delivery terms, installation requirements, warranty terms, and any other commercial conditions.
Buy Solar Online may notify vendors/sellers about orders or requests, but we do not collect customer payments, process customer payments, hold funds, provide escrow, guarantee payment, guarantee delivery, guarantee product quality, or guarantee vendor commitments.
We may cancel, reject, or mark orders as unavailable for reasons including:
Product unavailability.
Incorrect price or product information.
Suspected fraud or misuse.
Delivery or service restrictions.
Vendor inability to respond to or fulfill the request.
Violation of these Terms.
Prices displayed on Buy Solar Online may be fixed prices, estimated prices, indicative prices, vendor listed prices, or prices subject to final confirmation by the vendor/seller, depending on the product, market conditions, quantity, delivery location, installation needs, and transaction type.
Buy Solar Online does not collect or process payments from customers/buyers for vendor products. Customer/buyer payments, if any, are arranged directly between the customer/buyer and the vendor/seller outside Buy Solar Online.
For B2B and B2C transactions, the final price, payment terms, quotation, invoice, delivery charges, installation charges, tax treatment, and payment method must be confirmed directly between the vendor/seller and customer/buyer.
Buy Solar Online is not responsible for:
Customer vendor payment collection.
Cash payments.
Bank transfers.
Advance payments or deposits.
Credit terms.
Payment disputes.
Chargebacks.
Refunds.
Failed or delayed payments.
Fraudulent payment claims.
Invoices issued by vendors/sellers.
Taxes related to vendor customer transactions.
Vendors and sellers are responsible for issuing invoices, collecting payments, collecting applicable taxes, maintaining business records, and complying with tax and business laws for transactions they complete directly with customers/buyers.
Buy Solar Online may charge vendors/sellers subscription fees, listing fees, platform access fees, or other service fees for using vendor related platform features. Vendor subscription payments are separate from customer/buyer product payments and do not make Buy Solar Online a seller, payment processor, escrow provider, or party to customer vendor transactions.
Shipping, delivery, pickup, and installation arrangements may be handled directly by the vendor/seller, customer/buyer, delivery provider, or another agreed party, depending on the order and transaction type.
Delivery or installation times shown on the platform are estimates only and may vary due to location, product availability, vendor processing, courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details, site conditions, installation requirements, or other operational factors.
Customers/buyers and vendors/sellers are responsible for confirming delivery, pickup, installation, charges, timing, access requirements, and related conditions before completing the transaction.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Buy Solar Online is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, installation issues, damage, missing items, or disputes arising from delivery or installation arrangements agreed directly between the customer/buyer and vendor/seller.
Returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and exchanges may depend on the product type, vendor/seller policy, manufacturer policy, transaction type, product condition, delivery status, installation status, and applicable law.
For vendor/seller products and transactions completed directly between the vendor/seller and customer/buyer, the vendor/seller is solely responsible for handling returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, warranties, and after sales support.
Because Buy Solar Online does not collect or process customer/buyer payments for vendor products, Buy Solar Online is not responsible for issuing refunds, reversing payments, accepting returns, replacing products, handling chargebacks, or resolving payment disputes between customers/buyers and vendors/sellers.
Buy Solar Online may provide platform support, order records, or communication assistance where appropriate, but this does not make us responsible for vendor/seller obligations or customer vendor payment arrangements.
Some products may not be eligible for return or cancellation due to their nature, condition, usage, installation, customization, digital delivery, warranty rules, supplier restrictions, or applicable law.
Please review and confirm the relevant vendor/seller policy before completing a transaction directly with a vendor/seller.
Buy Solar Online may enable or facilitate communication between customers/buyers and vendors/sellers. This communication may include product inquiries, quotations, availability confirmation, delivery discussion, installation discussion, payment discussion, warranty discussion, and after sales support.
Any agreement, commitment, quotation, payment arrangement, delivery arrangement, installation arrangement, warranty promise, or after sales commitment made directly between a customer/buyer and vendor/seller is the responsibility of those parties.
Customers/buyers should verify product details, vendor details, pricing, warranty terms, payment terms, and delivery terms before completing any transaction directly with a vendor/seller.
Vendors/sellers must communicate professionally, honestly, and lawfully with customers/buyers and must not misuse customer information received through the platform.
If digital products, files, documents, licenses, or downloadable items are offered, access may be provided after payment confirmation or order approval.
Digital products may not be refundable once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or activated, except where required by law or expressly stated in the product policy.
Users must not copy, resell, share, distribute, or misuse digital content unless allowed by the product terms.
Coupons, discounts, wallet offers, promotional campaigns, and special pricing may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, limits, and eligibility rules.
We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
Misuse of coupons, fake accounts, or fraudulent promotion activity may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
Buy Solar Online may charge vendors/sellers subscription fees, listing fees, platform access fees, promotional fees, or other service fees for using vendor related features.
Vendor subscription and platform fees are charged for access to platform services and are separate from any customer/buyer payments made directly to vendors/sellers for products or services.
Subscription plans, pricing, duration, renewal rules, cancellation rules, and available features may be displayed on the platform or communicated to vendors separately.
Unless otherwise stated, vendor subscription fees may be non refundable once a subscription period has started or platform access has been provided.
Failure to pay applicable vendor subscription or platform fees may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of vendor access, product listings, order notifications, or other platform features.
Payment of a vendor subscription or platform fee does not guarantee sales, leads, orders, ranking, revenue, customer conversion, or business results.
Buy Solar Online may enable customers/buyers and vendors/sellers to connect, communicate, and exchange order or inquiry information. Any sale, quotation, payment, delivery, installation, warranty, return, refund, cancellation, or after sales arrangement agreed directly between a customer/buyer and vendor/seller is solely between those parties.
Customers/buyers should verify product details, seller details, pricing, warranty terms, payment terms, delivery terms, installation terms, and return/refund conditions before making any payment or commitment to a vendor/seller.
Vendors/sellers must communicate honestly and lawfully, must not misuse customer information, and must fulfill any commitments they make directly to customers/buyers.
Buy Solar Online is not responsible for losses, disputes, damages, fraud, non delivery, defective products, payment issues, or failed commitments arising from direct customer vendor transactions.
Users must not:
Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activities.
Provide false information.
Interfere with platform security or operation.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Misuse coupons, promotions, wallets, refunds, or payment systems.
Upload harmful, offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or misleading content.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or mislead customers, vendors, staff, or delivery personnel.
Use customer or vendor data for unrelated purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation, content removal, account restriction, account termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
Users and vendors may upload images, product media, shop information, documents, files, reviews, or other content.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
You have the right to upload and use the content.
The content is accurate and lawful.
The content does not infringe third party rights.
The content does not contain harmful code or prohibited material.
You grant Buy Solar Online permission to use uploaded content for operating, displaying, promoting, and improving the platform.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Customers may be able to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback.
Reviews must be honest, relevant, respectful, and based on genuine experience.
We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, offensive, misleading, promotional, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
Feedback submitted to Buy Solar Online may be used to improve our services without obligation to compensate the sender.
Our platform may use third party services, including Firebase, Google Maps, hosting providers, analytics tools, email/SMS providers, security tools, subscription billing providers for vendor platform fees, and other technical or business service providers.
Third party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party service failures, outages, terms, fees, or actions outside our control.
All platform content, branding, logos, software, design, text, graphics, icons, images, layouts, features, and functionality are owned by or licensed to Buy Solar Online, except vendor/customer content or third party materials.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.
Your use of Buy Solar Online is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we believe that a user or vendor:

Termination may affect access to orders, accounts, wallet balances, vendor tools, or platform features, subject to applicable law and unresolved obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buy Solar Online is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure access to the platform.
Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid directly to Buy Solar Online for the relevant platform service or vendor subscription giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
The platform and services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
All products will always be available.
All descriptions or images will be error free.
Delivery will always occur within estimated timelines.
Third party services will always operate without interruption.
The platform will be free from all technical errors or security risks.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold Buy Solar Online, its owners, directors, employees, vendors, partners, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, fraud, negligence, or infringement of third party rights.
